A no show or a violation of the cancellation policy will result in a $50.00 deposit for all future appointments.  Deposits will be applied to the future scheduled appointments.  If the no show or violation is again violated, you will forfeit your $50.00 deposit.

The Basement Hair Studio is unable to guarantee your appointment should your arrival time be 15 minutes or more after a scheduled appointment time.  If your appointment must be forfeited, the same no show or violation policy will be required to reschedule your appointment.
